Scout Rep is operated by BuildMapper Ltd. (“we”, “us”). This page summarizes what we collect, why, and your rights. If anything here is unclear, email info@buildmapper.com.

What we collect

• Account info: your work email, mobile number, company name, trade lines, territory, and pricing band.
• Network contacts you upload: names, companies, phone numbers, and emails of builders / GCs / developers you've worked with.
• Messages: the texts and emails you exchange with Scout, so it can act on your behalf.
• Usage: which leads you accepted, skipped, won, or lost — used to sharpen your scoring weekly.

What we use it for

• Matching public building-permit data to your trade and territory.
• Drafting outreach in your voice and routing it through your phone or email.
• Sending you the daily brief and follow-up nudges.
• Improving Scout's ranking and message quality over time.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data or your network contacts.
• We don't share your contacts with other contractors on the platform.
• We don't use your messages to train third-party AI models outside of what is required to operate Scout.

Retention & deletion

You can delete your account anytime by replying DELETE to Scout or emailing info@buildmapper.com. We'll purge your profile, network contacts, and message history within 30 days. Aggregated, de-identified metrics may be retained for product analytics.

Sub-processors

Scout uses Supabase (database), Twilio (SMS / WhatsApp), Anthropic (LLM inference), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). Each is bound by their own data-processing terms.
